General terms & conditions
PRICES All prices shown include VAT. Carriage & packing will be charged on all orders, and will be shown at the checkout prior to ordering.
ORDERING. All orders from you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase goods subject to these terms and conditions.
PAYMENT. We accept most debit & credit cards. (not American Express or Diners Club)
DELIVERY. We would aim to despatch orders within 3 working days from receipt, if there are delays for any reason we will aim to contact you will a revised delivery date. Claims for damaged goods and or shortages must be made within 24 hours of receipt of order.
CANCELLATION. You have a right to cancel this contract from the date of the contract and up to 14 days from the day after receiving the goods. We shall return your money within 14 days of the receipt and inspection of the returned items. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us by a secure carrier. Please note it is your statutory duty to take reasonable care of goods and we may refuse products that have become damaged, used or have parts missing. In the event that you wish to return any item to us you will need to inform us by email first. We will expect you to return the items in the same condition and packing that you received them, failure to comply will result in a refund being refused. If you are returning items which you have ordered in the wrong size or colour etc. we will make a restocking charge of 25%. If you require a hard copy of the credit this will incure a further charge of £2. We are unable to accept return of items such as woodscrews, Escutcheon Pins, Panel Pins etc. We are unable to accept return of any item which have been orderd specially for you, for example non standard finishes. We do not refund the outbound delivery charge if there is no fault on our part. You will have to return the original invoice with the goods.
FAULTY GOODS. If the goods fail to correspond with their description, are not of satisfactory quality, or reasonably fit for their purpose we shall offer the following remedies. If we are notified within one week of a problem we shall offer a replacement. If we are notified after this period we shall offer a repair or replacement at our discretion.
MISTAKES We shall correct any mistakes in bills, receipts, or payments as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.
COMPLAINTS. If for any reason you have a complaint, please email us. All complaints will be treated confidentially and will be dealt with as quickly as possible.
LAW. English law shall govern these rules.

We are unable to guarantee that our products will match fittings on furniture that is old or antique. If you are ordering an item which is intended to match an old piece of furniture that may have the odd handle missing, it proably will not mach the old fitting and we therefore recommend that you do not order the item expecting it to match exactly to an old fitting. We may not send items that we feel will not match.
